PINCHED CAKE OR CUBIT CAKE IS INDONESIA'S DELICIOUS CAKE PLUS RECIPES
Cubit cake is a popular snack cakes in Jakarta. This small-sized cakes (diameter about 4cm) ordinary sold in front of the school by street vendors. Cubit cake using a mixture of milk and wheat flour as the main component. The dough is put in a steel mold, and within a few minutes had been cooked.
This cake gets its name because the mature cake taken with tongs by the merchant, so as pinched. This recipe is a fairly simple easy way to produce a cubit cake with a delicious taste, soft and fluffy.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
100 grams of sugar
100 grams of wheat flour
100 grams of margarine, melted
1 packet of vanilla powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
ceres grated cheese and chocolate to taste
HOW TO MAKE A GOOD AND SOFT CUBIT CAKE:
Prepare the container and insert the eggs and sugar, beat until fluffy and the sugar becomes soluble. Use the mixer to more easily and quickly expands.
Enter the flour little by little and stir until blended. Pour liquid margarine, stir and then enter the baking soda, baking powder and vanilla powder. After the dough flat, put the mixture into a container that is his mouth like a pitcher or measuring cups so that the dough is easier when poured into the mold.
Heat a pinch cake mold over a small fire first spread a little margarine. Once hot, pour the batter with half the volume of the mold and close.
When the dough is partially cooked and fluffy, sprinkle with cheese or chocolate meses then cover and continue baking until done and the bottom of the cake is slightly brownish. Remove from mold and serve and if you have leftover shredded cheese and sprinkle on top of the cake to make it more yummy.
